Nuestro objetivo no es otro que el de propiciar un encuentro entre todas aquellas familias (soci@s y no soci@s) donde poder compartir experiencias, donde resolver dudas acerca de las altas capacidades y tratar de manera concreta un tema que tanto nos preocupa como familias: el entorno escolar y las relaciones que llegamos a establecer con l@s docentes, directores/as de centro y equipos de orientación.

GRUPOS DE APOYO PARA PERSONAS ADULTAS CON ALTAS CAPACIDADES INTELECTUALES
GTA (Grupos de Trabajo y Apoyo a las Altas Capacidades Intelectuales)
En 2013 se dio comienzo a la actividad del Grupo de Apoyo para adultos de alta capacidad intelectual, con una periodicidad quincenal, para ambas modalidades: online y/o presencial.

Uno de los bloques de actuación desde GTA está centrado en el trabajo dirigido hacia adult@s superdotad@s, entendiendo por supuesto que las altas capacidades intelectuales suponen un manera de entender la vida de una forma diversa y diferente.
Se ha diseñado para este colectivo un proyecto para poder trabajar desde la perspectiva de la reflexión personal.
En los grupos de apoyo se tratará las AACC en los adultos, usando el pasillo de espejos. Mediante el trabajo en equipo se fomentará un aprendizaje cooperativo de crecimiento personal a través de conversaciones, ejercicios grupales y lecturas, que abarcarán los siguientes puntos:
* Autoconciencia emocional, desarrollo de inteligencia intrapersonal y autoconcepto.
* Entrenar la conciencia social (empatía, asertividad, conciencia organizativa).
* Mejorar la gestión de relaciones (liderazgo, influencia, gestión de conflictos, trabajo en equipo y colaboración). Entrenando la escucha activa, el empoderamiento, la cooperación y el diálogo.
* Autogestión (autocontrol emocional, adaptabilidad. capacidad de triunfo, actitud positiva, gestión de la frustración).
